symbeo is not a health insurance company nor a health maintenance organization and does not participate in any of the guarantee funds created by New Jersey law. The subscription fee is per individual and entitles the member to unlimited access to a primary care doctor, but does not include costs of prescription drugs,specialist care, advanced diagnostics (MRIs, CTs, etc.), or hospital care.
